If you ask New York wedding photographers what their favorite ceremony spot is, a lot of them will answer City Hall. It has great energy, it’s tacky in all the good ways, and it’s the kind of chaos we love to photograph. It’s also near Chinatown and few minutes away from the Brooklyn Bridge for some great portrait backdrops.
City Hall is also a smart alternative to save money on the stuff that you don’t care much about, and really focus on what matters to you.
Steph and Craig picked City Hall for all the reason above, and as usual, City Hall delivered. It was fun, chaotic in all the good ways, and stress-free.
After City Hall, we headed to Gator, a very quaint restaurant in Brooklyn, where 20 of their closest friends and family members joined them for dinner. It was the perfect venue for what they wanted, cosy enough for their intimate celebration and right in the middle of bustling Greenpoint for late night drinks afterwards.
Congrats to the two of them!
